Soda Shuffle

Soda Shuffle is a single player puzzle game where you must match the cans to the color on the board. This may sound easy but the only way to move the cans is to swap them vertically or horizontally. On top of that, you only have a certain amount of moves to complete this task. How many moves can you complete it in? Will you fizzle to the top or fall flat on the bottom?
